Maintenance tips and information about our hand crafted food safe cheese, serving & grazing boards
Every board we make comes pre-oiled with food-grade oil. Treat your board like any other wooden board by oiling regularly with food safe oil. By keeping your board regularly oiled, it should keep its lustre for the life of the board, as well as bring out the colours in both the wood grain and resin fill.
After use, wipe board down with warm soapy water and dry immediately.
Being a wear & tear item that will have repeated use over time, you may notice scratches appear. The resin we use is safe for food contact, however, we recommend cutting on the wooden part of the cheese board/serving board. We also recommend using a wooden serving utensil to assist in avoiding scratches
Yes. The resin we use is suitable to use with the heat generated from a hot mug or plate and should not damage the resin surface. However, hotter temperatures such as that produced from a frying pan or casserole dish straight from the oven are typically too hot for the resin surface, so we do not recommend using our items as hot plates. The resin we use is recommended for use up to 80°C.

This will ensure your order placed into our schedule. A lead time will be discussed upon order placement, as it is dependent on the current workload and the type of item you are looking for. Generally, orders take two weeks for completion, and a further week for shipping.

Australia wide postage for any size is available through Australia Post.* Dependent on size, some items may need to be sent via independent courier. International orders can also be quoted. Please contact us with your chosen or custom artwork and your place of residence for a quick quote.
