However, we recommend cutting food just on the wooden surface, and preferably with a “wuhnandonly” wooden utensil.

Treat our wood & resin boards like any other wooden product by oiling regularly. Do not soak. Do not place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly. If cared for correctly, our products should maintain their lustre and functionality for years to come.
